Here’s another delicious way to get more protein and fiber in your day: An easy-to-make fruit tart that requires zero oven time. The creamy Greek yogurt base adds a rich, tangy layer while delivering a boost of protein to help keep you satisfied longer. It also provides calcium and probiotics, supporting everything from bone strength to digestive health. Paired with a honey-butter granola crust and a handful of bright, juicy berries, this no bake fruit tart has the textures and flavors of a dessert with the everyday nutrition you want in a breakfast meal or snack.

How To Make A No-Bake Fruit Tart

Start by making the crust. Pulse granola, melted butter, honey, and a pinch of salt in a food processor until the mixture resembles coarse sand and sticks together when pressed. Transfer it to a tart pan and firmly press it into the bottom and up the sides. Cover and refrigerate until the crust is fully set.

In a separate bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, a little honey, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the chilled crust and smooth the top.

Finish by arranging your favorite diced fruit or berries over the yogurt. Add a drizzle of honey and a few mint leaves if you’d like. Serve right away or keep chilled until it’s time to enjoy.
