How To Make Turkey Meatballs and Tzatziki Sauce

To make these Greek meatballs with tzatziki sauce, start by combining Greek yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, and cucumber to create the sauce. Set a small portion aside to mix into the meatballs.

In another bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and spices. Add the reserved yogurt mixture and mix until just combined. Form into meatballs and cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
