This one’s for martini fans who like it complex. Our Dirty Martini Pasta With Blue Cheese unites two Mediterranean staples—olives and pasta—under the umami goodness of blue cheese. Salty, tangy flavors intermingle with a creamy pasta. And it perfectly matches the eponymous classic cocktail!

Directions:

  2. Add the pasta, Parmesan, cream and olive brine. Cook, tossing constantly until pasta is coated and sauce is emulsified, about 2 minutes.
