While you can technically freeze yogurt, our food experts say they don’t recommend it.
That’s because freezing yogurt changes the texture and can mean the loss of its active cultures – but it won’t significantly impact its nutritional value.
That said, some kids’ yogurts are designed to be frozen, so those are OK.
