Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a large oven-safe pot or Dutch oven with cooking spray. Add onion and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  2. Add ground beef to pot, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper. Cook until beef is browned and onion is soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for and additional 30 seconds, or until fragrant; drain fat if needed.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, uncooked macaroni and beef broth and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer, cover and cook until pasta is al dente (about 7 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in Greek yogurt and milk. Stir in 1 1/4 cups of cheese, continue stirring until cheese is melted. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining cheese. Heat in the oven at 350 until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. Garnish with parsley or scallions if desired. Serve immediately.
