William B. Graves
Bill Graves serves as senior vice president, product research for Dairy Management Inc. He leads the National Dairy Foods Research Center program to catalyze dairy industry innovation of dairy products and ingredients on behalf of U.S. dairy farmers as well as dairy importers. The National Dairy Foods Research Center program is a network of over 24 universities and 150 experts. He provides leadership, expert counsel and insights for industrywide dairy initiatives including product and process innovation, exports, packaging, quality, and sustainability. He serves on various university advisory boards.
Prior to joining DMI in 2010, Graves worked at Kraft Foods in in Research and Development (R&D), Quality, and Innovation on global food and beverage brands in various capacities including global R&D, innovation, operations, and consumer insights.
Graves earned his undergraduate B.S. degree in Food Science at Cornell University, M.S. in Food Science at Rutgers University and M.B.A. from New York University Stearn School of Business.
